As part of our expansion, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager to manage and optimize all after-sales activities at our car dealership.
Main tasks:
- Manage and lead a workshop team of a dozen people;
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and on-time delivery;
- Develop aftersales sales and profitability;
- Monitor performance indicators and implement the necessary action plans;
- Ensure compliance as part of our development, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager to steer and optimize all after-sales activities at our car dealership.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the workshop teams in our dealership, which employs a dozen people;
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and on-time delivery;
- Develop sales and profitability of the after-sales service;
- Monitor performance indicators and implement the necessary action plans;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and Group quality standards;
- Work closely with management and the spare parts department.
Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar position in a car dealership;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Proficiency in aftersales IT tools (DMS, CRM, manufacturer tools);
- Leadership, rigor and ability to motivate teams around common objectives.
