Service Advisor

Porsche Prestige is looking for a Service Advisor to join its team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Listen and analyze customer needs and explain necessary repairs;
- Sell various services: after-sales and prevention services;
- Prepare work orders and provide rough estimates of work to be done;
- Plan vehicle repairs;
- Monitor progress of work;
- Transfer information between technicians and customers;
- Maintain customer relations and build customer loyalty;
- Perform any other tasks that may be requested in connection with the position.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor with Volkswagen, Audi or Porsche brand;
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and preventive maintenance;
- Knowledge of Serti software, an asset;
- Excellent communication skills and good listening skills;
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
