Job description

The Driving Force Inc. is currently seeking a Wholesale Fleet Coordinatorto join our Wholesale department in our Mississauga location to oversee the maintenance of a vehicle as per TDF Group's Inc.'s policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:
 

  • Preparing incoming and outgoing fleet
  • Performing vehicle inspections
  • Processing paperwork from vendors and internal rental division
  • Working with vendors and maintenance drivers to ensure an optimized return to service for all vehicles
  • Active participation in our Health and Safety Program
  • Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
  • Work Closely with the rentals department to repair damages in a timely manner
  • Receive, rig and register new vehicles


What You Bring:
 

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and the automotive industry
  • Excellent organizational skills; Integrity and commitment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean record and clear criminal security clearance
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent
