Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing initiatives.
- Conduct automotive industry and competitive market research & intelligence.
- Assist in creation of daily internal newsletter.
- Support the creation of Marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, sales and tradeshow assets.
- Help maintain and update the company website.
- Assist in creation of social media content.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of social media.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, such as tradeshows, technology showcases, Formula Student events, HR and recruiting events etc.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) not required, but a welcome addition.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and embedded analytics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Video capture, editing, and producing skills are an asset, but not required.
- Technical and/or engineering background an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
