Job description:

As a User Sales Consultant at St-Léonard Toyota, you will be an essential member of our sales team, responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers throughout the vehicle purchase process. You will be responsible for understanding each customer's individual needs, advising them on the different models and options available, and guiding them through the sales process.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers in our showroom and assist them with professionalism throughout their visit.
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and help them find the vehicle that best suits their requirements and budget.
- Provide detailed information on available features, options, warranties and financing programs.
- Carry out test drives with customers to help them better appreciate vehicle performance and comfort.
- Negotiate terms of sale, including price, trade-in and terms and conditions.
- Finalize sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly.
- Track prospects and leads through regular follow-up and proactive communication to foster customer loyalty.
- Work closely with other sales team members and related departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Valid driving licence.
