Financial & Insurance Manager

The team is looking for a new Financial & Insurance Manager with strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of financing options and the ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Your role:

- Work closely with customers to identify their financing needs and offer tailor-made solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sell complementary products, such as extended warranties.
- Prepare and review loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies, industry laws and provincial and federal regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions and other financial institutions.
- Coordinate financing and delivery of vehicles sold.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for financing and financing and insurance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns regarding financing options.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an automotive finance manager.
- Solid knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
- Thorough understanding of automotive sales regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and team spirit.
- Bilingual (written and spoken).
