Job description
Hull Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! Our dealership is focused on ensuring complete satisfaction for both our customers and employees. Come and work in a fun and professional dealership, all while gaining great experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
• Follow-up with customers to book appointments.
• Advise clients of recalls, factory maintenance, and order parts accordingly for appointments.
• Maintain communication with members of parts, service and sales departments to ensure smooth coordination for sales deliveries.
• Process internal work orders
• Answer all emails and phone calls and online appointments from customers in a professional manner.
• Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with customers.
Qualifications:
• High energy with a history of success
• Exceptional customer service background
• Organized and process oriented
• Good computer skills
• Great phone skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Experience using CDK is an asset
• Bilingual (English & French) is required
