We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Sales Manager and Buyer, ready to actively contribute to the growth of the used vehicle department. You'll work hand in hand with the Sales Manager to boost results and manage a strategic and varied inventory.

Your responsibilities - sales :

- Actively participate in sales closing (“T.O.”);
- Analyze performance reports;
- Coach and motivate sales consultants;
- Ensure excellent customer follow-up in the Activix CRM and after-sales.

Your responsibilities - purchasing:

- Evaluate trade-in vehicles accurately;
- Buy strategically via auctions and web platforms;
- Manage acquisition logistics.

Your profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Mobilizing, organized, rigorous leader;
- Strong vehicle appraisal skills;
- Good knowledge of the market;
- Bilingual (French / English);
- Results and customer service oriented;
- Valid driver's licence.
