Job description
We are currently seeking a Service and Fixed Operations Manager for our Service Department. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, and a desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
The position mainly involves:
- Motivate a stable team of technicians and technical advisors to maximize their performance;
- Optimize procedures for managing labor sales, productivity and efficiency;
- Develop customer loyalty and resolve conflicts quickly, with diplomacy and judgment;
- Perform job-related administrative tasks.
Our candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing a service department;
- Experience in the automotive field;
- Ambition to become a leader in customer satisfaction;
- Dynamic, reliable and ambitious with a winning philosophy;
- Good communication skills;
- Adaptability and autonomy;
- Good knowledge of the Serti computer system an important asset;
- Bilingualism an important asset (English/French);
- Team player;
- Ability to manage stress.
