Service Advisor - Sorel-Tracy

A major dealership in the Sorel-Tracy region is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join its existing team!

Salary: between $60,000 and $90,000 per year depending on performance and experience.

Brief job description:

You will greet customers and gather the information required to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also be required to sell maintenance services according to customer needs while ensuring quality customer service and rigorous follow-up of customer files.

Our requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Sales skills;
- Good computer skills (Serti, an asset).
