As an accountant, you will be involved in various accounting-related tasks in support of the existing team.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Recording daily deposits
Managing the full accounts payable cycle
Performing bank reconciliations
Recording vehicle sales contracts
Validating and correcting various accounting schedules
Reconciling the inventory of new and used vehicles
Calculating and reconciling commissions
Working closely with the controller

What We’re Looking For :

Certificate or bachelor's degree in accounting
3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience (automotive dealership experience is an asset)
Excellent understanding of the full accounting cycle
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of accounting software (Serti, Reynolds is an asset)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Team player with a high level of autonomy
Language requirements: Proficiency in spoken and written French is required. Intermediate English (spoken and written) is also required, particularly for reading accounting documents and communicating with certain suppliers.
