Duties :
- Monitor inventory;
- Negotiate sales terms while ensuring compliance with internal policies;
- Follow-up with unsold customers;
- Follow-up on the CRM of all customers (walk-in, telephone, etc.);
- Closely monitor CSI;
- Evaluate trade-in cars;
- Train and motivate staff and encourage teamwork;
- Develop and apply innovative sales strategies to maximize performance;
- Monitor and supervise lease renewal activities;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience;
- Follow-up (BDC, service and customer appointments with sales consultants);
- Weekly performance monitoring;
- Ensure a complete log of sales activities;
- Desk and T/O tasks;
- Follow-up on deliveries;
- Coaching and integrating new sales consultants.
Requirements and profile :
- At least two years' experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Merlins and Activix;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism;
- Ambition and perseverance;
- Ability to make decisions under pressure;
- Excellent motivator and communicator;
- Coaching and mentoring skills;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools: proficiency in sales management software (Serti and Activix, an asset).
Salary: High income potential up to $150,000+ per year.
