Service Advisor

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and want to join a winning team? Magog Honda is currently looking for an Internal Service Advisor in our service department, to join our existing team.

Salary: $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:

- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Good computer skills (Serti an asset);
- Honda product knowledge (an asset).

Brief job description:

You will open and close internal sales work orders, follow up on work, coordinate subcontractors, follow up on parts returns requested by the manufacturer, handle insurance claims, manage courtesy vehicles, handle warranty claims and all other related tasks.
