Responsibilities - your mandate:
The Parts Clerk will be responsible for taking orders from technicians, making estimates, giving parts to technicians, ensuring that internal parts requests are invoiced on the after-sales service repair order, assisting with receiving merchandise as needed, as well as performing any other related tasks.

Your profile:
- You have 2 years of experience in a similar position in a car dealership;
- You have a good knowledge of mechanics;
- You are customer service oriented (internal and external);
- You are a team player;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software is an asset;
- You hold a valid driver's license.
Skills and expertise:
- Office / accounting / legal software;
- Microsoft Office Suite (recommended);
- Class 5 driver's licence (essential);
- Communication in English and French (essential).
