Accounting Clerk / Sales Assistant

Girard Automobile is looking for an accounting clerk dedicated to sales accounting. This position is a key player in the accounting team. It is the absolute custodian of sales records.

What you'll do on a daily basis:

- Balance and account for sales files;
- Manage and monitor sales files from A to Z;
- Analyze sales file schedules;
- Validate commissions and prepare them for payroll;
- Carry out monthly remittances to various suppliers;
- Provide support for the department's other accounting tasks.

Your skills:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry (FCA/Stellantis manufacturer a plus);
- Knowledge of ERA Ignite a major asset;
- Thoroughness;
- Good team spirit and positive attitude.
