Job description

Alary Sport has been a father-and-son business since 1970, a leader in the recreational vehicle industry and renowned for its unrivalled after-sales service. Due to strong growth in recent years, we are currently looking for a Sales Specialist for new and pre-owned vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, watercrafts and more, to enhance our team.

Your benefits:

- Salary of more or less $120,000 per year;
- Target-based compensation plan;
- High sales volume and large inventory;
- Regular goodwill for 12 months a year, thanks to product diversity;
- Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday to Friday;
- Closed Saturdays from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving (late May to early October);

Profile:

- Experience in sales;
- Knowledge of recreational vehicles (an asset);

- Ability to express oneself and write correctly in French and English.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting the customer, establishing a relationship of trust and making a difference to the sales experience;
- Qualifying customers according to their needs and taking the necessary steps to close the sale;
- Respond to calls and Internet requests quickly and efficiently;
- Develop, follow-up and maintain contacts with existing and potential customers to ensure the department's success;
- Participate in events (Motorcycle Show, Boat Show, etc.).
