We are looking for a qualified individual to fill an Assistant Controller position on our administrative team. This person will have to replace the Controller during vacations and carry out the controller's day-to-day tasks.

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Producing and consolidating monthly internal reports and monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines;
- Managing accounts payable and receivable as well as the accounts receivable collection process;
- Preparing required documentation and notes related to bank consolidation;
- Preparing financial analysis reports for management;
- Preparing the year-end audit file in collaboration with external Auditors;
- Accounting sales;
- Carrying out any other tasks related to the position.

Required qualifications:

- Good experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of payroll systems;
- Able to work in a team environment;
- Good communication skills;
- Integrity and discretion - required;
- Analytical skills and good judgment.
