Liaison Agent - body shop

Silver Star Mercedes-Benz Montreal - service is looking for a Liaison Agent for its body shop department.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for answering customers in person and on the phone. The Agent is responsible for customer service administration and transaction processing. The liaison officer must follow all company procedures and policies in customer service. The jobholder understands this role as a brand ambassador and delivers a positive experience to all customers.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 a.m. and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m;
- Salary between $19.23 and $24.03 per hour, depending on experience;
- Group insurance.

MAIN DUTIES:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience in order to develop good long-term relationships with customers, in accordance with industry best practices;
- Answer telephone and emails in a professional manner;
- Open files in our computer systems and prepare documentation;
- Perform data entry into computer systems, scan documents and maintain customer database to ensure efficiency;
- Contact customers for appointments, follow-ups and deliveries;
- Follow-up with partners such as insurance companies, rental companies, suppliers, etc;
- Keep abreast of any changes with our banner or insurance companies;
- Invoicing and balancing files and entering payment data;
- Collaborate with shop manager to ensure vehicles are delivered smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in automotive insurance or as a Liaison Agent (a major asset);
- Language skills (French and English);
- Valid class 5 driver's licence (driving record will be verified);
- Customer approach, communication skills;
- Team spirit, ethics and integrity;
- Knowledge of software: Nexera, Progi, QuickBooks, Mitchell and Audatex (an asset).
