Service Advisor

Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard is currently looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to join its team of passionate people. Be part of a new team under the wing of a renowned brand like Volvo Cars. The candidate will be responsible for providing our customers with a very high level of service, and for coordinating the technical team.

The candidate must have a love of new technologies and a strong sense of customer service to ensure a service meeting the highest quality standards. He or she will use and master all the communication tools available to customers (e-mail, telephone, text messaging, etc.). What's more, we provide him/her with state-of-the-art tools to get results.

- Flawless French (spoken and written);
- Functional English (spoken and written - 4/5);
