Assistant Financial & Insurance Manager

MEGA KIA BROSSARD has an opening for an Assistant Financial & Insurance Manager!

We offer:

- Salary between $50,000 and $60,000 per year;
- Complete insurance program;
- Flexible schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.

Job description:

- Ensure the preparation of sales files for deliveries;
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with Financial & Insurance Managers;
- Register vehicles via SAAQclic and/or follow up;
- Check with the RDPRM of the Ministère de la justice du Québec for links to vehicles purchased or taken back in trade-in, and pass on the information to the sales manager and/or controller;
- Verify all documents to ensure that title to vehicles purchased or taken in trade is correct;
- Ensure the accuracy of the information on the sale or lease contract (taxes, vehicle descriptions, etc.);
- Collect all financing and insurance fees;
- Understand and comply with federal, provincial and municipal regulations affecting new car, used car and finance departments;
- Present self in a professional manner;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.

Requirements:

- Ability to learn quickly;
- Customer service and performance oriented;
- Pre-employment survey for all.

The successful candidate will be required to take all available training and courses.
