Job description
Our company is looking for a Sales Secretary / Receptionist.
Duties:
- Greet customers;
- Answer the telephone;
- Handle shipping logistics;
- Stock new and pre-owned cars and trucks;
- Report sales to the manufacturer;
- Perform data entry;
- Prepare fleet invoices;
- Provide support to the New and Used Vehicle Sales Manager;
- Provide support to the General Manager and accounting team;
- Perform clerical tasks;
- Interchange between dealerships.

Requirements:
