The Service Secretary will manage the day-to-day operations to provide outstanding service to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from the service department;
- Book appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments;
- Fulfill courtesy vehicle contracts;
- Perform all other related tasks as required.
Profile:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Bilingual (an asset).
