Job description
In response to its strong growth, Le Centre du Camion Adanac is currently looking for a Sales Representative for its Saint-Léonard branch. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, hard-working and innovative.
This position involves working a hybrid schedule: being on the road two (2) days a week and at the branch counter three (3) days a week.
More specifically, this position consists of:
Road representative:
- Develop customers in the Greater Montreal area by increasing sales volume;
- Develop the market by prospecting potential customers;
- Apply sales strategies developed by the organization;
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers;
- Support sales efforts through product presentations and visits;
- Prepare and present a monthly visit schedule and write up visit reports.
Internal Sales Representative / Counter Sales:
- Make in-store, telephone and internet sales;
- Handle sales related to the distributor network;
- Produce and write accurate and complete quotations;
- Plan installation of products sold;
- Ensure the customer billing process;
- Keep up to date on company services;
- Participate in the preparation of promotional material.

Requirements:
- Possess a car and a valid driver's licence;
- Fluently bilingual (French and English, spoken and written);
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and the geographical area;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a field related to commercial van fitting;
- Proficiency in the MsOffice suite;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
