Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide information about our dealership's services and assist customers with general inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's appointment calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.


Requirements:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.


Work Schedule:
 

  • Part-Time position Tuesday, Thursday 3pm - 8pm and every other Saturday 8am - 5pm
