We're looking for a General Manager for the dealership!

Main tasks:

- Use your organizational and analytical skills to implement strategies and procedures to ensure organizational objectives are met;
- Develop an environment that focuses on a pleasant customer experience (through training, supervision, coaching and performance management);
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed;
- Monitor operations on a daily basis and recommend best course of action if necessary;
- Establish and implement annual budgets;
- Design and write, in collaboration with his team, marketing activities;
- Recruit, train, motivate and empower the management team, whose mandate is to achieve the objectives set and their respective profitability;
- Work closely with the Controller to review departmental forecasts to ensure consistency with annual forecasts;
- Maintain good relations with the community;
- Perform any other related duties.

Requirements for the General Manager position:

- Experience in operations management in the automotive industry;
- Focused on results, profits, customers and teamwork;
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Master and understand financial and retail principles;
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships in order to build trust;
- Excellent communication skills and natural leadership;
- Ability to multi-task, adapt and deal with challenging situations;
- Excellent command of computer systems and tracking tools;
- Bilingualism (an asset).
