Marketing Agent

We are currently looking for a Marketing Agent.

As part of your duties, you will:

- Take photos of new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Be comfortable moving vehicles with care;
- Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all temperatures;
- Describe vehicles on the market;
- Put new arrivals on line;
- Produce various reports.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence;
- No criminal record;
- Attention to detail;
- Very good knowledge of all makes of vehicles;
- Enjoy teamwork;
- Good communication skills;
- Computer literate;
- Comfortable with the Office suite;
- Knowledge of 1 Source software (an asset);
- Knowledge of Merlin software (an asset);
- Responsible for keeping inventory up to date.

In conjunction with the yard attendant, you will coordinate the physical positioning of the new and used vehicle inventory. In other words, you'll have to make sure that cars are placed in the line of new and used vehicles outside and inside.

You'll also have to make sure that flags, etc. are on the vehicles and that they're outside, as well as checking that the cars are cleared of snow by calling in the sales rep. You'll also perform other related tasks.
