Claims Officer

A leader in the field of automobile warranty claims for over 15 years, Formule Service Prestige is currently seeking a candidate to fill a Claims Agent position.

FSP works primarily with GM dealers, but also with Chrysler dealers. As a company that takes the well-being of its employees to heart, Formule Service Prestige offers flexible working hours, as well as the possibility of telecommuting (75/25) in order to reconcile work and family.

Your mandate:

The Agent will be responsible for preparing, submitting and following up claims files while ensuring compliance with the requirements of the various manufacturers.

Your profile and skills:

- Experience in warranty claims (+++);
- Thorough and courteous;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong ability to focus on the task at hand;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of Serti, Flexilog, Reynolds and/or other platforms.
