Internal Service Advisor - Laval

Salary:

- Up to $52,400 per year depending on experience;
- Base salary plus bonus.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously;
- Good computer skills (Serti, an asset);
- Knowledge of Toyota products (an asset).

Brief job description:

You will be responsible for opening and closing internal sales work orders, following up on jobs, coordinating subcontractors, following up on parts returns requested by the manufacturer, insurance claims, managing courtesy vehicles and warranty claims in addition to performing all other related tasks.
