Financial & Insurance Manager ($120,000 per year)

WE SELL 900 VEHICLES ANNUALLY! Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per year!

This Sales Manager position is for you!

NO WEEKENDS! The schedule is flexible, from Monday to Friday. You'll work 40 hours a week and be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate is capable of handling high volumes.

Main duties include:

- Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval ;
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with several financing sources, including manufacturers and their financial subsidiaries;
- Advise customers on financing, life and health insurance, various coverages and extended warranties;
- Collect all financing and insurance fees;
- Receive all credit applications;
- Understand and comply with federal, provincial and municipal regulations affecting new and used car financial services.

Requirements:

- You have strong sales skills and 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- You are good with numbers and have an analytical mind;
- You are able to work well under pressure;
- You have the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines;
- You're dynamic, have good interpersonal skills and are a good communicator;
- You have experience in the automotive field (an asset).
