We are looking for a candidate to fill an Office Clerk / Receptionist position.
Role:
- Account for accounts receivable;
- Daily follow-up of disbursements;
- File sales documents;
- Set up new arrival files;
- Monthly inventory verification;
- Property transfer in SAAQClic;
- Various other tasks to assist the sales team and administration.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position, an asset;
- Knowledge of ACOMBA software, an asset;
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
