New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant

Ostiguy Ford Lincoln, located in Richelieu, is looking for a New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant.

* Loyal and well-established clientele for many years! *

Tasks:

- Questioning and listening to customers in order to define their expectations and needs;
- Presenting Ford and Lincoln products and their particularities;
- Accompanying customers during road tests;
- Offering different financing methods (purchase versus lease);
- Carrying out the various operations for the purchase of the vehicle and presentation of offers in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

We offer ongoing education to manufacturers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- Enjoy working with the public and able to communicate;
- Sense of initiative, integrity and transparency;
- Able to work in a team environment;
- Interest in training (ongoing education program of more than 100 hours);
- Hold a valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of automotive software (an asset).

WORK SCHEDULE:

- Daytime and evening schedule (40 hours per week);
- Salary to be discussed according to experience (base salary + commissions).
