Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare sales contracts and dealership exchanges.
- Prepare sales files for new and used cars.
- Stock cars and trucks in new and used.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the delivery of the vehicles and the material (key, book, etc.)
- Send documents to banks for discounting.
- Complete certain reports as required.
- Maintain an inventory of all documents required by the sales department.
- Contribute to teamwork by performing related tasks.

Requirements:

- Comfortable with computers;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Good spelling skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
