A leader in the automotive field and recipient of numerous awards, our La Pérade Ford dealership is growing rapidly and is currently seeking an Assistant Service Manager for a permanent daytime position.
As part of his or her mandate, the Assistant Service Manager will perform the following tasks:
- Deal with customer complaints as quickly as possible, according to dealership guidelines;
- Assist the manager in implementing and maintaining a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service;
- Know and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Properly communicate to technicians the time allotted for each repair order;
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers;
- Care about and respond to customer concerns;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Experience with the Ford brand (an asset);
- Training in automotive parts and accessories (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Serti system (an asset).
Conditions:
- Permanent daytime position, from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week - availability between 8am and 5pm);
