Honda de Terrebonne is looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager to join our dynamic, high-performance team.

Thanks to your experience and your communication and negotiation skills, you'll be able to meet our customers' needs in terms of financing, life and/or health insurance and other automobile-related products. In addition, you will provide impeccable customer service.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Advise each customer on financing and offer the best options available;
- Explain insurance and guarantee products in compliance with Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) regulations;
- Process credit applications;
- Prepare and coordinate vehicle delivery documentation;
- Enter required data into systems and complete reports as needed;
- Provide courteous and professional service to each customer;
- Establish and maintain excellent relations with all partners (customers, colleagues, suppliers, financial institutions, etc.);
- Contribute to teamwork by performing any other related tasks.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Ability to maintain excellent averages and desire to perform;
- Ability to handle several files at once and to manage time and priorities;
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems;
- Sales / negotiation and customer service skills;
- Resourcefulness;
- Bilingualism, an asset;
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
