RV Demonstration Specialist - Customer Service + Mechanical Aptitude + RV Knowledge

Fraserway RV is looking for a dependable, professional, and mechanically-inclined RV Demonstration Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll help customers feel confident and excited about their new RV by walking them through key features, answering questions, and ensuring every detail is just right before they hit the road.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct personalized demonstrations and walk-throughs of RVs for new owners
• Ensure each RV is fully prepped and ready for customer delivery
• Coordinate with service and reconditioning teams
• Assist with moving RVs in the showroom and on the lot (forklift operation)
• Support wash bay, check-ins, and reconditioning work as needed

What We're Looking For:

 

• 1+ year of customer service experience (RV or automotive industry a bonus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort explaining technical systems
• Forklift experience (license preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Highly organized, professional, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of RVs or a genuine interest in learning quickly
