We are looking for a competent Service Advisor who wants to offer a unique experience to our clients.
If you are motivated by challenges and, for you, offering an excellent service to all our customers is important, we would like to receive your application!
- Responding to clients by phone or in person;
- Understanding the customers' needs to provide a complete solution;
- Advising clients on services and other work while explaining the invoice;
- Managing our customers' problems quickly and professionally;
- Ensuring that the final invoice corresponds to the quote and that the vehicle is delivered on time;
- Managing the maintenance and repair schedule;
- Ensuring the liaison between the customers and the Mechanics as well as ensuring an effective communication with the customers during the execution of the work;
- Using work order management software.
- Knowledge of the COSTAR system (an asset);
- Bilingual (required);
- Oriented towards customer satisfaction;
- Dynamic, ambitious and able to work as a team.
