Job description

We are looking for a Telephone Appointment and Customer Follow-up Clerk.

Position summary:

You will have to solicit customers to schedule appointments for services recommended by the manufacturer or to promote other services or after-sales service specials. You will also have to perform telephone follow-ups required with customers to control customer satisfaction.

The main tasks are listed below, but the candidate may be assigned to other functions.

Tasks related to telephone follow-ups:

    • Soliciting existing customers to promote maintenance services recommended by the manufacturer and, if applicable, also promoting other after-sales services as directed by management;
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
    • Participating actively in the management and updating of the clients' database;
    • Consulting the client's history before making phone calls;
    • Producing reports and keeping a record of achievements for telephone follow-ups;
    • Participating actively in the development of call scenarios to achieve the appointment objectives;
    • Participating actively in the management of the appointment service;
    • Monitoring files under your responsibility.

Tasks related to monitoring customer satisfaction:

    • Making phone follow-ups for after sales service customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction;
    • Collecting all the required information from customers to monitor satisfaction;
    • Informing your superior of all customer complaints immediately;
    • Participating actively in the management and updating of the clients' database;
    • Participating in the customer satisfaction development programs and offering suggestions for improvement, if necessary;
    • Making telephone follow-ups for service customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction (if necessary);
    • Performing other duties as required by management.

    • Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory);
