We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
• Offering excellent service by providing a courteous experience and accurate information to all customers in a timely manner and in accordance with the company’s standards;
• Taking incoming calls and providing customer support (delivery, products’ information and prices, information on special orders, bids, order status, price or quantity deviations, etc.);
• Working to process all orders placed by fax or the Internet within one hour;
• Searching for products and order information for customers. Documenting on the electronic records all interactions with customers about orders and requests;
• Solving customer problems and handling complaints;
• Managing pending orders, non-stocked products and direct deliveries;
• Collaborating with other G2S departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service across all points of contact;
• Participating in the annual inventory;
• Ensuring ongoing improvement of the overall order management process and customer service experience;
• Accelerating our customers’ requests’ processing;
• Performing other tasks requested by management.
Knowledge of the automotive field’s tools is an asset.
