Our Ford dealership is looking for a Follow-up and Customer Service Attendant.
The person will be responsible for contacting our service department’s customers to offer our latest products and services. The jobholder will also update our clients’ files in the computer system and follow-up on appointments.
- Having experience in customer service or within a call centre;
- Having excellent oral communication skills;
- Being comfortable with computer tools;
- Knowing the Serti system (an asset);
- Listening to our customers;
- Being motivated by the achievement of the objectives set.
The work schedule (40 hours per week) will be during the day.
