- Taking incoming calls from customers and greeting them at the counter;
- Promoting our services and products;
- Making layaways and billing;
- Collecting amounts billed to customers;
- Ordering parts and tires;
- Coordinating the customers, the service department and the mechanical workshop;
- Performing all other duties related to the job.
