Hyundai Repentigny is currently looking for a dynamic employee to work within its sales follow-up department.
The position’s main function is to carry out solicitation calls to customers who are in a favourable situation to change their vehicle.
For this job, good learning and computer skills are assets (AutoAlert). In addition, dynamism, politeness and interpersonal skills are also desirable qualities.
- Consulting the customer's file before making phone calls;
- Soliciting our in-house customers to change their vehicles;
- Maintaining a relationship with our in-house customers by phone and/or email;
- Using software to organize all files;
- Making phone calls for seasonal promotions.
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Having knowledge of the automotive field;
- Having sales experience;
- Being comfortable on the phone;
- Having excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate must have excellent automotive knowledge, a neat presentation and excellent customer service skills. The jobholder must also have experience in automotive sales.
We offer a salary to be discussed according to experience as well as a full-time schedule, from Monday to Friday, from noon to 9 pm.
