Your Mission (What You'll Be Doing): • Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying customer needs
• Maximize sales and profitability by meeting-and exceeding-established goals
• Build our customer base through proactive prospecting and referral networks
• Deliver a superior, memorable guest experience every time
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and participate in all available training
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan the steps to achieve them
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities You Bring: • Previous automotive sales experience (an asset but not mandatory for the right superstar)
• Coachable attitude and a genuine desire to learn
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and phone communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong computer skills (internet, CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
• Effective negotiation skills and sound judgment
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• VSA License is an asset
• Valid British Columbia Driver's License
