Responsibilities
What you'll be able to do:
Step into a world-class manufacturing environment with the Manufacturing Ford College Graduate (FCG) Program. This is your ultimate launchpad for a dynamic and accelerated career, designed for ambitious, driven college graduates eager to make a tangible difference from day one. Our vision is clear: to develop tomorrow's leaders today - early career manufacturing leaders who will drive excellence, push boundaries, and engage communities, all while upholding our core principles of being Consistency Focused, Value Focused, and Fundamentals Focused.
As a Manufacturing FCG, you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year curriculum specifically designed to equip you with truly differentiating skills through:
- Rotational Assignments: Complete six 6-month rotations at Oakville Assembly Complex, including required assignments in Materials Planning, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, and as a Production Supervisor, to build a holistic understanding of Ford Manufacturing. Three additional assignments will be tailored to your career interests, offering diverse experiences.
- Key Experiences: Beyond day-to-day assignments, you'll engage in foundational experiences that accelerate your growth, such as Kaizen events, community volunteering, and cross-functional capstone projects that deliver significant business value and drive innovation.
- Targeted Training: To cultivate you into a well-rounded leader, you'll participate in core training requirements essential for success in any Ford career path, including Problem Solving, Servant Leadership, Conflict Management, and advanced Managerial Skills.
- Dedicated Mentorship: To further enhance your business, technical, and professional skills, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will advise and guide you through your exciting 3-year FCG program journey.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be strategically placed within the Manufacturing team to continue building your career and developing your expertise.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business or Management (Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, etc.)
- Candidates must have graduated with required degree in 2023, 2024, or 2025, and be available for full-time work effective January 5, 2026. Note: Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.
- This position requires on-site presence, 5 days/week.
- Rotational assignments may require shift work, including days, afternoons and/or weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Keen interest and passion in the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry.
