Parts Manager

You will play a key role in the operation of our parts department.

Tasks:

- Oversee the department and develop the parts distribution network;
- Manage inventory optimally (returns);
- Collaborate with managers to ensure efficient turnover of parts on order, make reservations, and carry out work internally;
- Coordinate weekly and daily activities;
- Ensure compliance with procedures;
- Maintain a high level of service.

The manager will occasionally assist the Service Manager in managing the department. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have good customer service skills, and be passionate about cars.

Requirements:

- Positive attitude;
- Ability to manage stress;
- Professional and courteous;
- Good team player to achieve common goals;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Experience with Serti software;
- Experience in a car dealership is mandatory.
