To support our growth, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer contact and sales to join our team as a sales advisor - sales development (leads).
Your role:
You are the first impression of Groupe Motion for our online customers. Your role is key: to convert web inquiries into dealership appointments and support customers in their purchasing process with attention, listening, and efficiency.
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Respond quickly and warmly to inquiries from our web platforms, social media, and CRM tools.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for dealership advisors.
- Proactively follow up (by phone, text, email) to maintain constant contact with potential customers.
- Offer personalized advice to help customers find the vehicle that meets their needs.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of BDC processes and the customer experience.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or automotive BDC (an asset).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (English an asset).
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Positive attitude, organizational skills, and a taste for teamwork.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining a professional and personable tone.
