What you'll do on a daily basis:

- Greet and advise customers on our automotive products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assess customer needs to offer them the perfect solution.
- Actively participate in sales strategies, meet (and exceed) objectives.
- Follow market trends and our new products to always be at the top of your game.
- Provide after-sales follow-up for a five-star customer experience.
- Manage deliveries, follow-ups, web tracking, and communications (phone, email).
- In short, be the ambassador of customer satisfaction at Groupe Motion.

What we are looking for:

- Automotive experience is an asset, but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Independence, organization, and unwavering motivation.
- Positive attitude, contagious energy, and customer focus.
- Valid driver's license, comfortable with manual transmission.
- Knowledge of Activix (CRM) software and computer tools (Office, Word, etc.).
