Join the prestigious world of BMW, an iconic brand synonymous with performance, innovation, and elegance. Our dealership in western Isle is looking for a call center customer service representative to provide our customers with a premium experience every time they contact us.
Your main tasks:
- Answering incoming calls and customer requests (information, workshop appointments, etc.);
- Making appointments for maintenance/repairs;
- Handling emails and messages via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.);
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing personalized, high-quality service.
Required profile:
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
