*Please note that this position requires frequent travel, qualified candidates in the Mississauga, Guelph, and London area preferred, however, candidates outside the area may be considered based on qualifications. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Prospecting for new business: Identify and secure new opportunities across market segments, with a focus on automotive, food, and beverage industries.
  • Managing established accounts: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Project management: Lead and support client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage CRM entries, and support internal reporting.
  • Tracking & reporting results: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.

STRENGTHS & SKILLS 
 

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or automotive industry.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to recognize and address client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with superior market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and MS365 (especially Excel).
  • Ability to build trust, manage change through influence, and support business growth.


REQUIREMENTS 
 

  • Language: English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
  • Education: Industry knowledge will be considered in lieu of education. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management is a plus.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in account management and sales.
