Plaza Auto Group's Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career while ensuring excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What We Offer:
 

• Compensation: 
  This is a Salary + Bonus position. Estimated Total Annual Earnings are $62,000 to $130,000 - Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, and the estimated annual Bonus ranges from $12,000 - 75,000 annually (Bonus range is based upon performance).

As a Sales Manager at Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill your duties would include:

  • Desking deals
  • Follow-up of non-sold customers
  • Managing leads
  • Sales activity reports
  • Inventory audits
  • Appraising and pricing trade-ins and other used vehicles
  • Manage the merchandising process
  • Online Showroom management
  • Training and development of sales staff
  • Championing the Customer Satisfaction Process
  • Overseeing the Pre-Owned and New Sales department processes

  • F&I Experience
