Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Our well-established car dealership in the West of Montreal is looking for a passionate and motivated Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager to join its dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the sales department to achieve set goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the department's budget, inventory, and overall performance.
- Support and mentor sales representatives throughout the sales process.
- Ensure effective marketing of used vehicles, both online and at the dealership.
- Analyze results and implement strategies for continuous performance improvement.

Required profile:

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales management position at a car dealership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Solid knowledge of the used vehicle market and proven skills in inventory management and evaluation.
- Proficiency in computer tools related to car sales and vehicle evaluation.
- Bilingualism (French and English) to better serve our diverse clientele.
